® 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Forward, Inc. (Forward), GeoLogic Associates (GLA)prepared this <br /> monitoring report for the French Camp Landfill, located on Manthey Road in San <br /> Joaquin County, California. This report was prepared in compliance with the <br /> requirements of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB) <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. 5-2004-0159. This quarterly report <br /> presents the results of water quality monitoring and summarizes field activities completed <br /> at the French Camp Landfill from October 1 through December 31, 2006 (fourth quarter <br /> 2006), and also summarizes the monitoring results obtained for the 2006 monitoring year. <br /> Monitoring Network <br /> The detection monitoring program(DMP)network at the French Camp Landfill currently <br /> includes six groundwater monitoring wells, two piezometers,two leachate monitoring <br /> wells, and three surface water monitoring stations. No notices of violation(NOV)were issued for the French Camp Landfill. <br /> Completed inspection forms are presented in Appendix A. <br /> Weekly site visits were conducted by French Camp Landfill personnel during the fourth <br /> quarter 2006. Records of the French Camp Landfill inspections are on file at the Allied <br /> Waste Forward Landfill Field Office. Weekly site visit summary reports for the fourth <br /> quarter 2006 are also presented in Appendix A. According to these weekly reports,the <br /> French Camp Landfill Operations Manager certifies that standard observations were <br /> conducted during the reporting quarter and no unusual observations were noted(see <br /> signed"Certification Statement"located inside cover page, after the Table Of Contents in <br /> this report).
