Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> CONTACT (S): Lochlin Caffey & Ruben Ramirez <br /> INSPECTION DATE: 25 October 2006 <br /> INSPECTED BY: Ross Atkinson <br /> ACCOMPANIED BY: Ruben Ramirez <br /> SUMMARY: This inspection was to evaluate the final closure construction of French Camp <br /> Landfill. The installation of the soil cover is complete and is hydroseeded. The drainage <br /> ditches are installed with fiber mat for erosion protection and the storm water retention pond has <br /> been cleaned up with rebuilt inflow structures. Closure of the landfill is complete, the cover <br /> ,oks good. The scale pit will be backfilled with soil and a concrete cover installed. Removal of <br /> the scale house is waiting on PG&E removal of the power poles. The operations manager <br /> believes they will submit a final report in about four weeks. <br /> No violations were noted. <br /> Photos were taken during this inspection but did not turn out due to problems with the old digital <br /> camera staff used. <br /> Ross Atkinson <br /> Associate Engineering Geologist <br /> CIWQS Inspection#847419 <br /> Approved: <br />
