Proper litter control equipment was not available at <br /> the disposal site. <br /> 17713 The disposal site operation in its present condition is a source <br /> of odor nuisance. <br /> 17726 Disposal site equipment was not adequate in type, capacity and <br /> numbers to permit the site operations to meet the requirements <br /> of these standards . <br /> 17727 Adequate standby equipment or a list of firms or agencies which can <br /> supply needed and adequate replacement units within a 48 hour period <br /> was not provided to the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 17741 A safe area was not set aside for burning wastes received at the <br /> site. A means of extinguishing these burning wastes must be <br /> provided in this area. <br />
