SCS's fees will not exceed the <br /> amount above without written approval from the County. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Task 1 (Data Review)can be completed within 2 weeks of notice to proceed and receipt of all <br /> requested background information. Task 2 (Wellfield Reconnaissance) can be completed <br /> within 4 weeks of notice to proceed. Task 3 (Blower Troubleshooting) will be performed <br /> concurrently with Task 2 (during the initial site visit). Task 4 (Follow-up Wellfield <br /> Balancing) can be completed within 6 weeks of notice to proceed if necessary. This will <br /> allow time to assess whether or not the operational changes are having an effect on LFG <br /> migration in the vicinity of GW-3. Task 5 (Evaluation of Alternatives for LFG Extraction <br /> System Modifications) can be completed within 3 weeks from the time of completion of <br /> Tasks 2, 3, and 4. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> SCS's scope of work, schedule and cost estimate are based on the following: <br /> • Weather or other unforeseen conditions will not delay the field work or require <br /> additional mobilizations. <br /> • Our services exclude preparation detailed design drawings and specifications for <br /> LFG system upgrades. SCS would be pleased to perform these services if <br /> requested by the County. <br />
