Since the Harney Lane Landfill was closed prior to 18 <br /> July 1997, the County is not required to submit a Construction Quality Assurance plan pursuant to <br /> Section 21090(b)(1)(E). Your letter of 25 April 2002 was a timely response to our request and included <br /> the subject document. <br /> We have determined that the workplan is complete and complies with Title 27 requirements. Please <br /> ensure that as-built documents, including before and after surveys, are submitted to the Board.
