® Surface Water
Surface water samples were last collected December 27, 2012. Samples are taken if sufficient
water is flowing at sampling points during the wet season. The dry climate at this site makes
collection of surface water difficult. All concentrations of field parameters and constituents of
concern were below established concentration limits where the limits could be determined.
Storm Water
There were no storm water discharges into the waters of the state (drainage ditch south of the
site) during this reporting period.
HISTORICAL TIME SERIES PLOTS AND STIFF DIAGRAMS
As required, historical time series plots are included (Appendix F). Note that constituents that are
not detected are plotted at a value of half their respective detection limits. Outliers were included
in all plots as directed by RWQCB staff.
Stiff diagrams are submitted annually with the second semester and annual report. The stiff
diagrams indicate a similar water type for wells M -1,MW-2, MW-3, and MW-6 (Appendix F) as
indicated by similarity in concentration of the various constituents and the similarity in diagram
shapes. Well MW-5 shows a significant increase in all anions and cations, which as described
previously in this report is likely due to impact from the migrant labor camp treatment ponds. The
increased level of anions and cations in MW-4 are also associated with impact from the treatment
ponds.
Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill 13 Department of Public Works/Solid Waste
2"a Semester and Annual 2012 Groundwater Monitoring Report County of San Joaquin—January 25,2013
