E. <br />Project Manager. <br />Kleinfelder, Inc. <br />9797 Business Park Drive <br />Sacramento, CA 95827 <br />In your May 17, 1990 letter you requested that the City make a <br />determination on whether or not a disposal site at 3242 South El Dorado <br />Street is consistent with the City's General Plan.
