San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Dear Mr. Sasson: <br />�a <br />MAR 2 7 1992 <br />I received in the mail today the yellow copy of your "notice <br />of inspection disposal site" dated 3-6-92. <br />The box marked "received by" shows "refused to sign" <br />I want the record to reflect that at no time did I refuse to <br />sign. When you came to our office with the paperwork I was in <br />the Bay area. I faxed a copy of your report to my <br />environmental attorney, Mr. Dave Sadwick for his comments. <br />When you called me I advised you of that fact. I repeat at no <br />time was there a refusal to sign. <br />Incidentally, Mr. Sadwick advised today that his calls to you <br />and Air.
