ElDorado, Stockton, <br />CA; 39 -AA -010 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) received <br />Cove Contractors response to pertinent regulatory agency review <br />concerns regarding Cove Contractors Closure and Post Closure <br />Maintenance Plans (CPCMP). EHD comments were responded to <br />adequately, however, CEQA will be required per LEA Advisory No. <br />22, June 1, 1995. Please address CEQA. <br />California Regional Water Quality Control Board has recently <br />requested addenda information regarding Coves CPCMP (contact Kim <br />Schwab, CRWQCB, for more information). Concerns of the CRWQCB <br />must be addressed to that agencies satisfaction. Copies of Cove <br />Contractors response shall be sent to EHD. <br />Scott Walker of California Integrated Waste Management Board <br />(CIWMB) also has further concerns regarding slope. A copy of <br />Scott Walkers' letter is attached for your convenience. Response <br />must be submitted to CIWMB and copies to EHD. <br />Submit all required information to the appropriate agencies and <br />copies of same to EHD. Upon review and approval of all necessary <br />information by the above agencies EHD will evaluate for closure <br />approval. <br />Ernest M.
