I <br />In the letter Kleinfelder requests that EHD distribute this documentation to the <br />appropriate individuals at the agencies which will be present at the upcoming <br />regulatory meeting. Due to the nature of the materials (specifically the drawing) and <br />the fact the EHD lacks the equipment to duplicate this material, it is in your best <br />interest to have Kleinfelder distribute the drawings and the April 20, 1993 letter <br />provided with the drawings and the letter of April 28, 1993 list of RDSI Sections that <br />require revision, to the appropriate individuals and agencies. <br />At this time EHD is reviewing the grading plan. EHD would appreciate the opportunity <br />to present the grading plan at the upcoming regulatory meeting in the context of the <br />other unresolved issues listed in the EHD letter of June 18, 1992. This would prevent <br />the performance of any improvements to the site which may be determined to be <br />unnecessary subsequent to the meeting.
