EHD can provide a cost estimate of under $10,000 ($78 per hour) for the services <br />required to complete the oversite work related to this landfill. This is only an estimate and <br />actual cost may exceed this cost projection. <br />EHD has reviewed Klienfelder's letter of May 4, 1992 and EHD has not found a sound basis <br />for retracting the violations of the March 6, 1992 inspection report. EHD will stand by its last <br />most recent inspection with you and Klienfelder consultants on March 4, 1993. EHD <br />appreciates your willingness to work with our Department to the satisfactory conclusion of this <br />project. It is in everybodys interest for the regulatory agencies to review your engineered plans <br />before beginning your remediation work. <br />Staff will be reviewing your grading plan and the amended Report of Disposal Site Information. <br />When this review is complete a meeting will be scheduled to discuss the issues with your <br />company representatives and all applicable regulatory agencies.
