During the inspection the issues of a change in the proposed waste to be accepted at the site, a grading plan, construction of a seasonal storm pond and an April meeting of all the government agencies involved with this site and yourself were discussed. As discussed at the time of the inspection all changes in the operation of the site shall be submitted as an amendment to the Report of Disposal Site Information (RDS0. the type of waste to be accepted at the site and that the site will not accept auto shredder waste. Class III inert waste will be the only type of waste allowed to W-� landfilled at the California Clay site. EHD requests an amended grading plan be submitted for evaluation and approval before the topography of the site is changed. The grading plan shall show that all existing shredder waste shall have a minimum of 12 inches of cover to comply with CCR 17684. The grading plan shall include elevations along a minimum of 5 meridians of the site showing existing topography and final proposed topography at closure. The directional flow of storm water from a 10 year event shall be shown from the site boundaries to the proposed storm water pond. EHD requests the calculations showing the capacity of the proposed storm pond, th limensions of the storm pond and the expected amount of runoff from the 8.7 ac site during a 10 year event.
