During the inspection the issues of a change in the proposed waste to be <br />accepted at the site, a grading plan, construction of a seasonal storm pond and an <br />April meeting of all the government agencies involved with this site and yourself were <br />discussed. As discussed at the time of the inspection all changes in the operation of <br />the site shall be submitted as an amendment to the Report of Disposal Site <br />Information (RDS0. <br />the type of waste to be accepted at the site and that the site will not accept auto <br />shredder waste. Class III inert waste will be the only type of waste allowed to W-� <br />landfilled at the California Clay site. <br />EHD requests an amended grading plan be submitted for evaluation and approval <br />before the topography of the site is changed. The grading plan shall show that all <br />existing shredder waste shall have a minimum of 12 inches of cover to comply with <br />CCR 17684. The grading plan shall include elevations along a minimum of 5 meridians <br />of the site showing existing topography and final proposed topography at closure. The <br />directional flow of storm water from a 10 year event shall be shown from the site <br />boundaries to the proposed storm water pond. <br />EHD requests the calculations showing the capacity of the proposed storm pond, th <br />limensions of the storm pond and the expected amount of runoff from the 8.7 ac <br />site during a 10 year event.
