Wel/ Survey <br />1. Date of survey, name of California Licensed Surveyor and registration number, <br />Identification of the coordinate system, reference points, epochs, horizontal <br />controls, accuracy, and precision <br />2. Survey data of the top of well casing with the cap removed (horizontal and vertical <br />coordinates) <br />3. Registered Engineer or Licensed Surveyor's report and field notes <br />4. Description of the measuring points (i.e. ground surface, top of casing, etc.) <br />5. Table with survey data (well number; horizontal coordinates, vertical elevations; <br />date of survey, and legend identifying any abbreviations). <br />D. Analytical Results <br />Analytical results must include the following: <br />1. Copies of the chain -of -custody and laboratory reports <br />2. Tabulated analytical data that represent the laboratory's analytical results, units, <br />and qualifiers. Tabulated data must show compliance, or lack thereof, with the <br />waste discharge requirements. <br />E. Cross Sections <br />The cross section(s) shall include, but not limited to, all existing and new groundwater <br />monitoring wells, soil lithology and thickness, placement/depth of screen intervals, <br />stabilized depth to groundwater, and the depth and extent of the waste management <br />unit. <br />
