• 0 <br /> JOB SUMMARY AND HAZARD ANALYSIS <br /> 3.1 JOB SUMMARY <br /> As mentioned previously, the project involves remediation of an 11 acre Site that has impacted <br /> groundwater due to historical Site usage. The remedial action for the Site includes groundwater <br /> monitoring well installation and sampling. Depending on Site conditions, the field activities are <br /> anticipated to be completed in approximately 1 week. <br /> Vehicle access will be through the gate along the southwest perimeter of the Site (see Figure 2). <br /> Potential underground utilities and structures will need to be identified prior to any on-Site <br /> activities. Therefore, at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of supplemental assessment <br /> and/or RAW activities, field personnel will contact the Underground Service Alert (USA). <br /> COCs are present in the groundwater beneath the Site.
