i 0 <br /> KEY PERSONNEL AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 2.1 KEY PERSONNEL <br /> SITE SAFETY OFFICER(SSO)/SITE MANAGER:Tim Eyres-Cell: 949-680-9382 <br /> CLIENT MANAGER:Jeff Bennett-Cell: 714-743-0482 <br /> CLIENT/CONTACT: Andrew Keller-Cell:310-948-3566 <br /> SUBCONTRACTORS: Gregg Drilling and Testing, Martinez, CA. <br /> 2.1.1 RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> SITE SAFETY OFFICER/SITE MANAGER: The SSO will have the authority and knowledge necessary <br /> to implement the SHSP and verify compliance with applicable safety and health requirements. <br /> At a minimum, the SSO (or qualified designee) will have the following responsibilities and <br /> authority and will perform the following tasks: The SSO will be present at all times while Site <br /> activities are being conducted <br /> • The SSO will have authority to enforce the SHSP and stop Site activities if personnel or <br /> community safety/health may be in jeopardy. <br /> • The SSO will be able to effectively evacuate the Site,if necessary. <br /> • The SSO will evaluate monitoring data to make necessary field decisions regarding safety <br /> and health. <br /> FIELD PERSONNEL: All field personnel will read the SHSP prior to commencement of field activities. <br /> Field personnel will be required to be familiar with the SHSP and implement the appropriate <br /> health and safety procedures, as necessary. <br /> 2.2 OTHER PERSONNEL <br /> SUBCONTRACTOR PERSONNEL: All employees of subcontractors performing work with the <br /> potential for exposure to hazardous waste shall meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 , 8 <br /> CCR 5192, and Miller Brooks Environmental Comprehensive Safety and Health Program. <br /> Subcontractor personnel will be required to be familiar with the SHSP and implement the <br /> appropriate health and safety procedures, as necessary. <br /> 3 nsrcca �� <br /> P:\707 Cove Contractors\Groundwater\Well Installation Workplans\SHSP\SHSP_FINAL.doc <br />
