SA-01-97,Attention Jose.Rubianes <br /> 4343 South McKinley Avenue,Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) or final appoval as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study is to address the proposed use of the existing septic systems and provide a <br /> determination of the proposed usage. <br /> B. The existing wells shall be destroyed under permit and inspection by Environmental Health <br /> Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
