SA-01-97 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development as determined by the <br /> Soil Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> F. Should this proposed facility conduct onsite composting then the applicant/operator shall <br /> make application to Environmental Health Division for a permit to operate a compost site <br /> facility(California Code of Regulations, Title 14). <br /> G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> F <br />
