No person shall operate a solid waste facility without a solid waste facilities permit if that facility is required to <br />have a permit pursuant to this division. <br />B. Remove all green waste from the site. Disposal receipts must be provided for all waste that is hauled for <br />disposal. For all waste that is removed for land application purposes, provide evidence of sampling pursuant to <br />Title 14 CCR section 17868.2 and Title 14 CCR section 17868.3(b)(1). A notice and order will be issued to <br />property owner, Holly Commerce Center, LLC, regarding removal of all waste from the property. <br />x <br />17867(a)(9) - Fire Prevention, Protection and Control <br />Comments: Facility does not have access to water. <br />B. The operator shall provide fire prevention, protection and control measures, including, but not limited to, <br />temperature monitoring of windrows and piles, adequate water supply for fire suppression, and the isolation of <br />potential ignition sources from combustible materials. Firelanes shall be provided to allow fire control equipment <br />access to all operation areas. <br />C. Monitor temperature of piles on site. Obtain access to water through permanent or portable means. Disband <br />and water hot piles upon discovery. <br />X <br />17869(a) - Inspection of Records <br />Comments: All records were unavailable for review. <br />A. All records required by this Chapter shall be kept in one location and accessible for five (5) years and shall be <br />available for inspection by authorized representatives of the Department, EA, local health entity, and other duly <br />authorized regulatory and EAs during normal working hours. <br />B.
