Fire Equipment <br />The facility will be equipped with fire extinguishers of a type, size, location, and number as <br />recommended by the local fire department. Each fire extinguisher will be fully charged and ready <br />for use at all times. Each extinguisher will be inspected on an annual basis and recharged as <br />necessary. A qualified service company will perform these inspections, and all extinguishers will <br />display a current inspection tag. Inspection and recharging will be performed following each use. <br />The receiving gatehouse, and all waste management equipment and vehicles will be equipped <br />with fully charged fire extinguishers. We have strategically placed 3500 ft. of double cotton jacket <br />fire hoses around ponds containing piles that connect to hydrant located by the west gate <br />entrance. The main fire hose connection is attached to water meter which is placed on the fire <br />hydrant every morning. Gated Y reducers are connected every 100 ft. to preserve pressure <br />throughout the facility (trunk line starts at 2'/ - 1 % - 1 inch). All extra fire appliances and reducers <br />are on-site located in our service truck. Equipment onsite includes Dozer, 621D loader, 821F <br />loader, (2) 500 gallon portable tanks, water truck, P2100 screen, GMC service truck and Top kick <br />truck. <br />Fueling <br />GMC service truck is equipped with a 150 gallon doubled walled diesel tank to service equipment <br />onsite. <br />Vehicle Access <br />Public access roads to site will be paved all-weather roads. Only company vehicles are authorized <br />beyond the facility entrance. <br />Facility Permits <br />YA YO Enterprise Inc. DBA Green Earth Recovery is permitted as a SW Compost Site (ID <br />#PT0025323), approved by SJCOG Inc and in the process of submitting a site approval. <br />Facility Inspections <br />YA YO Enterprise Inc.
