Facility Access Roads <br />The facility will abide by County regulations regarding facility access roads. Title Section 9-1015.5 <br />(H) (1) require all access roads to have a width of no less than 25 ft. <br />Tracked mud and associated debris at the entrance to the facility and on the public roadway at <br />the entrance to the facility will be removed and monitored daily. <br />All on-site and other access roadways will be maintained on a regular basis to minimize <br />depressions, ruts, and potholes. <br />Health and Safety <br />Facility personnel will be trained in the appropriate sections of the facility's health and safety plan. <br />
