Yes Maybe No
e. Any increase in wind or water
erosion of soils, either on
off the site? X
L Changes in deposition or
erosion of beach sands, or
changes in siltation,
deposition or erosion which
may modify the channel of a
river or stream or the bed of
ocean or any bay, inlet or lake? X
g• Exposure of people or property
to geologic hazards such as
earthquakes, landslides,
mudslides, ground failure,
or similar hazards? X
The proposed project consists of the construction of a 89,000 square foot building which
will consist of concrete footings, concrete floor and a steel frame. The expansion will
also include additional areas for parking, storage and composting.
As a result of this expansion, there will be no unstable earth conditions or changes in
geologic substructures. The earth will be disturbed during construction to place the
footings and to provide a smooth surface for the placement of concrete and asphalt
surfacing. The end result will be a 107,000 square foot area to be placed under cover
and up to an additional 6 acres of paved area. This disruption of the earth during
construction will not cause any adverse affects on the environment.
There will be a net decrea in wind or water erosion of the soils, since more of the area
will be covered by building and pavement and will not be exposed to the elements.
Yes Maybe No
2. Air. Will thePo ro sal result in:
P
a. Substantial air emissions or
deterioration of ambient
air quality? X
b. The creation of objectionable
odors?
