3.4.3 PUBLIC COMPLAINTS <br /> The operator maintains a record of any written public complaints including the <br /> nature of the complaint; the date of the complaint; name, address, telephone <br /> number of the person(s) making the complaint, and any action(s) taken in <br /> response. <br /> 3.4.4 OPERATOR NOTIFICATION <br /> The operator maintains a copy of the written notification to the LEA of the <br /> names, address and telephone number of the operator or other person(s) <br /> responsible for the operations. <br /> 3.4.5 EMPLOYEE TRAINING RECORDS <br /> Employee training generally consist of on-the-job training under the supervision <br /> of someone experienced in the various aspects of the skills being taught. <br /> Potential hazards and safety procedures are stressed. Currently there are <br /> regularly scheduled safety meetings and meetings for updates and procedural <br /> clarifications, as needed. <br /> All employees receive training in recognizing and responding to hazardous <br /> waste spills and disposal. Two employees have completed 40 hour training in <br /> accordance with Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR), 1910.120. <br /> In addition to the above training, all employees attend monthly safety meetings. <br /> 3.4.6 INSPECTION OF RECORDS <br /> All records are maintained at the CVWSMRF/TS administration main office and <br /> are available for inspection by the LEA and duly authorized regulatory agencies <br /> during all normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> 3.5 DOCUMENTATION OF ENFORCEMENT AGENCY APPROVAL, <br /> DETERMINATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <br /> In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414.1, any approvals, determinations and <br /> other requirements the LEA is authorized to make under 14 CCR, Chapter 3 are <br /> maintained at the CVWSMRF/TS main administration office. <br /> Central Valley Waste Services MRF/TS 3-16 <br /> Transfer/Processing Report <br /> (l:\Wstemgmt\2002.040\Reports\FinaITPR\Sec3:05/09/02) BRYAN A.STIRRAT&.ASSOCIATES <br />
