removal to a disposal site within 48 hours as allowed under 14 CCR, Section <br />17410.1. <br />The current average daily throughput is approximately 700 tpd with peak <br />loadings of approximately 1,700 tpd. Sufficient space to store materials <br />during peak operating periods without infringing upon traffic flow or equipment <br />operation is available at the facility. In instances of emergency situations <br />where the inflow rate could be increased and/or additional waste storage is <br />needed, The LEA will be contacted to coordinate the best procedures to <br />minimize potential public health hazards for this type of short term condition. <br />2.4.3 FINAL DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE <br />Solid wastes collected from the City of Lodi and surrounding communities are <br />processed through the CVWS and then transferred to a permitted landfill. <br />Currently the following landfills are utilized: Kiefer Road Landfill & North <br />County Landfill as shown on <br />Figure 9. The equipment <br />on-site adequately serves operational and maintenance needs in accordance <br />with 14 CCR, Section 17416.3. A detailed list of current equipment is shown <br />in Table 2.
