Control (DTSC) (Currently not actively accepted but may be in the future. <br />Treated wood waste currently only produced via Loadcheck activities) <br />Used Oil & Oil Filters <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17407.5(a) and (c), the operator does <br />not intentionally accept or store hazardous wastes with the exception of used <br />oil and filters, including paint or any liquid wastes (i.e., sewage sludge, <br />industrial waste, water treatment sludge, grit screenings or other high liquid <br />content wastes), designated waste or wastes requiring special handling <br />except as authorized under its permit. The facility will be used up to four (4) <br />times a year as the location for a Temporary Household Hazardous Waste <br />Collection Facility under the auspices of the San Joaquin County Department <br />of Public Works Solid Waste Division pursuant to the permit by rule <br />regulations issued by the DTSC. Further details of the Temporary Household <br />Hazardous Waste Collection Facility operations are given in Section 3.1.11. <br />Universal Waste collection events will also be held at the facility up to four (4) <br />times a year under the auspices of local agencies including the City of Lodi <br />and San Joaquin County Department of Public Works Solid Waste Division. <br />Further details of the Universal Waste management and collection events are <br />given in Section 3.1.11 <br />Treated Wood Waste found during load -check activities will be managed in <br />compliance with the alternative management standards when issued by the <br />DTSC. Further details of the management of TWW are given in Section <br />3.1.11. <br />In addition, untreated medical wastes are not accepted by the operator in <br />accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17408.2. <br />2.4.2 WASTE QUANTITIES <br />The CVWS design is capable of receiving and transferring a maximum of <br />1,700 tpd of non -hazardous solid waste and/or source separated recyclables. <br />This figure represents the maximum quantity of waste/recyclables the facility <br />will handle during the hours of operations.
