The CVWS will serve as the location for a Temporary Household <br />Hazardous Waste Collection Facility up to four (4) times a year. This <br />activity will be under the auspices of the San Joaquin County <br />Department of Public Works Solid Waste Division and coordinated by <br />its designated contractor pursuant to the permit by rule regulations <br />issued by the DISC. The current contractor is Stericycle, previously <br />known as Phillips Services (PSC). <br />An Operations Plan for each event will be prepared and submitted to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department pursuant to <br />the permit by rule regulations. The Operations Plan will include the <br />following information. <br />• Days and hours of operation. <br />• Contact information <br />• Site supervisor <br />• Term of waste storage <br />• Inclement weather procedures <br />• CESQG procedures <br />• Waste removal and site decontamination <br />• Training documents <br />• Written job descriptions and requirements <br />• Contingency plan <br />• Ignitable/reactive procedure <br />• Bulking procedures <br />• Site maps <br />3.2 STATION CONTROLS <br />3.2.1 ODOR CONTROL <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17406.2(d), odor control <br />measures are instituted at the CVWSMRF/TS.
