The <br />location of the entrance gates, wall and fencing are shown on Figure 2. <br />3.3.9 VISUAL SCREENING <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17419.1, the CVWS was <br />designed and is operated to provide an attractive and aesthetically <br />acceptable appearance. The facility is located in relatively low-density <br />industrial and agricultural setting. As part of a "Good Neighbor" policy <br />to obstruct visibility into the operations, trees have been planted and <br />an 8 foot block wall, earthen berms and slatted chain link fence have <br />been constructed along the perimeter of the site. In addition, <br />landscaping has also been established at select locations around the <br />facility. This integrated system reduces any "unsightly" equipment and <br />operations and reduces odors and litter migration off the site. <br />3.3.10 WATER SUPPLY <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17419.2, potable water is <br />available for station personnel at the CVWSMRF/TS. The water <br />supply for the CVWS is provided by the City of Lodi. <br />3.4 RECORD KEEPING <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414, all records are maintained <br />at the CVWS main administration building for a period of at least three <br />years. In addition, the operator will notify the LEA by telephone within <br />24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of emergency <br />procedures. <br />3.4.1 WEIGHT AND VOLUME RECORDS <br />The transfer station keeps records of each transaction on the truck <br />scale computer including the origin of waste in accordance with 14 <br />CCR, Section 18809.
