3.4.4 OPERATOR NOTIFICATION <br />The operator maintains a copy of the written notification to the LEA of <br />the names, address and telephone number of the operator or other <br />person(s) responsible for the operations. <br />3.4.5 EMPLOYEE TRAINING RECORDS <br />Employee training generally consist of on-the-job training under the <br />supervision of someone experienced in the various aspects of the skills <br />being taught. Potential hazards and safety procedures are stressed. <br />Currently there are regularly scheduled safety meetings and meetings <br />for updates and procedural clarifications, as needed. <br />All employees receive training in recognizing and responding to <br />hazardous waste spills and disposal. Trained support staff, including <br />40hr hazwoper and DOT training, are available when needed. In <br />addition to the above training, all employees attend monthly safety <br />meetings. <br />All records are maintained at the CVWS administration main office and <br />are available for inspection by the LEA and duly authorized regulatory <br />agencies during all normal business hours, Monday through Friday, <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />3.5 DOCUMENTATION OF ENFORCEMENT AGENCY APPROVAL, <br />DETERMINATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414.1, any approvals, <br />determinations and other requirements the LEA is authorized to make <br />under 14 CCR, Chapter 3 are maintained at the CVWS main <br />administration office. <br />Central Valley Waste Services 3-21 <br />Transfer Processing Report <br />Section 3 — 4/24/17 <br />
