The facility will be used up to four (4) <br /> times a year as the location for a Temporary Household Hazardous Waste <br /> Collection Facility under the auspices of the San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Public Works Solid Waste Division pursuant to the permit by rule <br /> regulations issued by the DTSC.
