TWW for transportation purposes in compliance with 22 CCR <br />67386.10 (d); <br />• Disposal of TWW to land only at a Class I hazardous waste <br />landfill or a solid waste landfill unit that meets the requirements <br />of 22 CCR 67386.11. <br />The CVVVSMRF CVWS will serve as the location for a Temporary <br />Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility up to four (4) times a <br />year. This activity will be under the auspices of the San Joaquin <br />County Department of Public Works Solid Waste Division and <br />coordinated by its designated contractor pursuant to the permit by rule <br />regulations issued by the DTSC. The current contractor i -s --is <br />Stericycle, previously known as Phillips Services (PSC). <br />An Operations Plan for each event will be prepared and submitted to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department pursuant to <br />the permit by rule regulations.
