Weber Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: Commercial Salvage Transfer Station - 39-AA-0018 <br /> Dear Mr. Ronyak: <br /> California Waste Management Board (Board) staff conducted the <br /> third investigation of the subject facility on December 9, 1988, <br /> pursuant to Sections 66796.38 and 66796. 67 (a) of the Government <br /> Code. <br /> Violations of the following State Minimum Standards were <br /> documented during this investigation: <br /> 17458 - Visual Screening <br /> 17482 - Signs <br /> 17535 - Litter <br /> 17557 - Station Maintenance <br /> The facility was found to be in compliance with all other <br /> applicable State Minimum Standards. <br /> The San Joaquin Health District (Local Enforcement Agency) will <br /> continue to monitor the status of the operations and maintenance <br /> programs at your facility as part of their regular inspections <br /> for compliance with the State Minimum Standards. <br /> As a result of the efforts you have made toward achieving <br /> compliance, no additional investigations of the facility are <br /> anticipated until the next investigation cycle.
