Weber Ave. <br /> Local Enforcement Agency: Sari Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Investigaton Date: December 9, 1987 <br /> Investigated by: Jesse Adams <br /> I conducted the third investigation of the subject facility on <br /> December 9, 1987. I was accompanied by Alan Biedermann, the LEA, <br /> and Tim Ronyak, the operator. <br /> Investigation results and compliance with the State Minimum <br /> Standards are documented below. Corrective measures implemented <br /> since the previous investigation are also outlined. The facility <br /> was found in compliance with all other standards. Photo <br /> documentation is avaliable from the Board upon written request. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> Section 17458 - Visual Screening <br /> Progress had been made at screening the operation from the <br /> neighboring residence, but the job had not been completed. <br /> Section 17482 - Signs <br /> I observed that, although the operator had responded to the last <br /> inspector's observation regarding the requirement for proper <br /> signing, the installed sign does not meet code requirements. The <br /> LEA also advised the operator as to what he requires in addition. <br /> Section 17535 - Litter <br /> Litter/weeds along streetside fence should be cleared. <br /> Spetion Manager Wa to Management Specialist <br />
