Weber Avenue <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Subjects Report of facility inspections Commercial Salvagg T, <br /> 39-AA-018 <br /> Dear Mr. Ronyak: <br /> Government Code Section 66796.38 requires the California Waste <br /> Management Board (Board) to conduct inspections of solid waste <br /> facilities to evaluate compliance with State Minimum Standards <br /> for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal (Title 14. California <br /> Administrative Code, Division 7 Chapter 3, commencing with <br /> Section 17200). In accordance with this legislation, the Board <br /> has established a facility evaluation program. The program is <br /> structured so that a solid waste facility under evaluation will <br /> be inspected at least three times during the period of <br /> approximately one year. <br /> Under this program, Board staff conducted the second inspection <br /> of the subject facility on December 25, 1987. An Inspection <br /> Summary is attached. Violations of the following California <br /> Administrative Code (CAC) Sections were documented: <br /> 4 - Visgal Screeninct <br /> The following CAC Sections were given an indeterminate status <br /> pending further investigation: <br /> 1 - Station Maintenance Pr ,= <br /> Qccurrencee <br /> The facility was found in compliance with all other applicable <br /> standards. <br /> Following the third inspection, an evaluation of overall facility <br /> compliance with State Minimum Standards will be made based on the <br /> results of all three staff inspections and other pertinent <br /> information. If the results indicate repeated and/or uncorrected <br /> violation(s) of one or more standard(s) , staff may recommend that <br /> the Board propose the site for inclusion on the State List of <br /> Non-Complying Facilities (List). <br />
