Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
File No. 39-AA-018 ..-
Dear
9- --013Dear Sirs:
Your Notice of Operation for the small transfer station
was received in our office on August 12, 1977 and has been assigned the file
number shown above. Since the Notice was received on or before August 15, 1977,
your facility will qualify to be ''grandfathered''. This means that if the
following conditions are satisfied, the enforcement agency shall issue a solid
waste facilities permit for your facility:
1. You must have been operating the facility prior to August 15, 1977-
2. The operation must have had local land -use approval or other equivalent
.local approval dated prior to August 15, 1977-
3. The operation must conform to the State Minimum Standards for Solid
Waste Handling and Disposal and all local ordinances, or be able to
be brought into compliance with these laws within a reasonable period
of time.
1+.. . The State Solid Waste Management Board must concur with the proposed
solid waste facilities permit.
This letter is to inform you that your Notice of Operation has been rejected
because it is incomplete. This action will- in no way jeopardize the ability of
your facility to receive a "grandfather" permit. The deficiencies in your
application resulting in the rejection are described as follows:
1. Disposal site information report not submitted. (submit in duplicate)
(see enclosed information)
