A. The East Stockton Transfer and Recycle Station is a <br /> large volume transfer station. The facility is located <br /> at 2435 E. Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, San <br /> Joaquin County. Robert C. Ronyak is the owner and the <br /> operator. <br /> B. Site involves approximately 244, 350 square feet, 3 . 3 <br /> acres is on the permitted area, 1 . 9 acres is on the <br /> non-permitted area. The non-permitted area will be <br /> utilized for storage of equipment, truck, and recycled <br /> product. Processing of waste material is prohibited in <br /> the non-permitted area. Land within 1 , 000 feet is <br /> presently zoned M-1 ( light industrial) and CM <br /> (Commercial Manufacturing) . <br /> C. The station has a scale, mobile office, tractor, and a <br /> large commercial building.
