2 . This facility must comply with all federal, state, and local <br /> requirements and enactments . <br /> 3 . Any additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility must be provided as required by <br /> the enforcement agency. <br /> PROHIBI„�ONS <br /> The following actions are prohibited at this facility: <br /> a. Disposal of residential refuse <br /> b. Disposal of sewage sludge <br /> c. Disposal of liquids/slurries <br /> d. Disposal of hazardous or infectious (medical) wastes <br /> e. Disposal of cannery wastes <br /> f. Disposal of agriculture wastes <br /> g. Disposal of septic tank pumping <br /> h. Disposal of dead animals <br /> i . Open burning <br /> J . Scavenging <br /> SPEC IFLC T� IONS <br /> 1 . The San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Division, through this permit, may prohibit, or <br /> condition the handling or disposal of solid waste to protect <br /> the public health and safety, protect, rehabilitate, or <br /> enhance the environment, or to mitigate adverse <br /> environmental impacts . <br /> 2 . Any change that would cause the design or operation of the <br /> facility not to conform to the conditions of this permit may <br /> be considered a significant change and may require a permit <br /> revision. <br /> 3. The facility has a permitted capacity of 512 tons ver <br /> operating day and shall not, receive more than this amount <br /> without first obtaining a revised permit. <br /> 4. A- change in the operator would require a new permit. <br /> 5 . This modification of the solid waste facilities permit <br /> supercedes the permit originally issued on April 26 , 1978 . <br /> The permit has been modified as a result of the permit <br /> review, and is intended to update the previous permit. <br /> PROVISIONS: <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked, for <br /> sufficient cause after a hearing. <br />
