The local governing body has found the surrounding land <br /> use is compatible with the facility operation. <br /> 2. The following list of agencies and documents condition the <br /> operation and use of the facility. <br /> a. Report of Station Information dated March 10, <br /> 1988 . <br /> b. Land Use Permit No. 9761 issued on December 20, <br /> 1961 by the City of Stockton Planning Division. <br /> c. Fire Department Permit No. 1340/1081/2021 issued <br /> February 16, 1971 by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The following findings are required pursuant to GC <br /> (Government Code) , Section 66796 . 32 : <br /> a. The Station is consistent with the San Joaquin <br /> County Solid Waste Management Plan dated March <br /> 1986 . <br /> b. The Station is consistent with standards adopted <br /> by the California Waste Management Board (CWMB) . <br /> 4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br /> with the state minimum standards for solid waste handling <br /> and disposal as determined by the LEA on August 7 , 1989 . <br /> DITIQNS: REQTT�RF� j NT <br /> 1 . The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br /> solid waste handling and disposal. <br />
