Disposal of septic tank pumpings . <br /> i. Disposal of dead animals . <br /> C. Specifications : <br /> 1. No significant change in design or operation from that described <br /> in Items "I" A,B&D of the "FINDINGS" section is allowed, except <br /> for those changes which are required under the "CONDITIONS" <br /> portion of this permit. <br /> 2 . The operator will imm' ediately commence and thereafter maintain <br /> a log of special occurrences . <br /> D. Provisions : <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District and may be suspended, revoked , or modified at any time, <br /> for sufficient cause. <br /> 2 . The following provisions must be met : <br /> a. The station shall provide an adequate perimeter barrier <br /> designed to discourage unauthorized entry by persons or <br /> vehicles by September 1, 1978. <br /> b. Internal road and yard areas shall be made smooth and <br /> designed to minimize the generation of dust and the <br /> tracking of materials onto adjacent paved public roads <br /> by August 1, 1978 . <br /> c. Adequate storm drainage shall be provided to preclude <br /> storm water from flowing into the public right of way <br /> by August 1 , 1978. <br /> E. Self-Monitoring Pro ram: <br /> 1 . The following items <br /> ems shall be monitored by the operator of this <br /> facility or his agent and records shall be kept and made avail- <br /> able to the San Joaquin Local Health District upon request : <br /> a. Quantity and types of wastes received at the facility <br /> per week. <br /> b . Quantity and types of wastes salvaged per month. <br />
