M E M 0 <br /> To: Charlie Simpson, Kleinfelder <br /> From: Jonathan Recker, P.E. <br /> Date: October 12, 2011 <br /> Re: Truck Turning Analysis — East Stockton Transfer& Recycling Center <br /> Attached is a brief synopsis of our findings of using California Legal trucks as the <br /> design vehicle for the East Stockton Transfer& Recycling Center site. <br /> TRUCK TURNING ANALYSIS <br /> This section presents an assessment of truck turning movements for trucks entering and <br /> leaving the East Stockton Transfer and Recycling Center. <br /> Purpose of Analysis <br /> Theose u of the analysis is to determine whether the design vehicle can make <br /> p � Y <br /> complete turning movements without encroaching into opposing lanes or leaving the <br /> ttravel way and / or shoulder.
