Misters are located around the project site that emit odor control sprays <br /> and also water to keep dust at a minimum. No new misters are proposed on the <br /> project site, the project will not expand outdoor processing facilities. Misters <br /> operate continuously during outside processing operational hours. <br /> 2.5.4 Sweeping <br /> ESRTS has provided daily street sweeping for several years. This program will <br /> be expanded to twice-daily along the two blocks of Weber Avenue between E <br /> Street and Filbert Street. <br /> Paved areas within the project site will be swept regularly to control dust <br /> generation. <br /> 2.5.4 Graffiti Removal <br /> Graffiti will be removed as needed in accordance with City regulations. The areas <br /> facing the streets will be treated more frequently. The wall between the facility <br /> and the SPRR will be painted to the extent allowed by the available space <br /> between the wall and the railroad. <br /> 2.5.5 Fire Control <br /> ESRTS' existing Fire Prevention Plan will be revised in consultation with the <br /> Stockton Fire Department to reflect the expanded operations and to address fire <br /> considerations in storage areas, with material processing equipment, material <br /> piles, adequate fire department access, water supply (including fire hydrants), <br /> and general fire protection.
