The ODS shall be responsible for complying with mitigation measures <br /> stated in Section 8.0, Hydrology and Water Quality. <br /> 2. The ODS shall have a licensed geotechnical or soils engineer prepare a <br /> soils report for proposed building construction prior to the approval of site <br /> plans. The report shall identify engineering limitations of the site soils, <br /> including expansive soils, and recommend measures to ensure that <br /> planned construction will not be damaged by these limitations. The ODS <br /> shall incorporate these recommendations into the engineering <br /> specifications for the project. <br /> Significance After Mitigation: Less than significant. <br /> Implementation: The ODS will be responsible for obtaining the soils report and <br /> conforming subdivision improvement and building designs to soils report <br /> specifications, and for compliance with Section 8.0 mitigation measures. <br /> Monitoring: The Public Works Department and Community Development <br /> Department, Building Division will verify the adequacy of the soils report and the <br /> incorporation of specifications into improvement plans and building designs, as <br /> well as monitor implementation of Section 8.0 mitigation measures. <br /> �^ Potentially Less Than Less Than No <br /> 7.
