I. INTRODUCTION <br />The hazardous waste exclusion program described herein was <br />developed for the Lovelace Road Transfer Station, in San Joaquin <br />County, California, which operates under Solid Waste Facilities <br />Permit #39 -AA -008, issued by the San Joaquin Local Health <br />District. Under this Permit the site is prohibited from <br />accepting hazardous waste or liquids. <br />This program is designed to control disposal of significant <br />amounts of prohibited waste at the site and to provide for proper <br />removal and disposal of such waste if detected under the program. <br />It includes a load checking program, additional exclusion <br />procedures, and procedures for handling Identified Hazardous <br />Waste. <br />E MO-SW-HW2 (12/90) <br />
