* Flammables or explosives. <br />* Free liquids and liquid residues in containers <br />in which the containers are greater than five <br />gallons in volume. <br />* Oil, batteries, or fuel wastes. <br />* Pesticides or insecticides (properly neutralized <br />and rinsed containers are allowed). <br />* Bag house or air scrubber wastes. <br />* Asbestos wastes. <br />* Tank cleaning sludges or sediments. <br />* Contaminated soil or sand. <br />If prohibited wastes are delivered to the Lovelace <br />Road Transfer Station by haulers, such wastes shall <br />be removed from the site when detected under the load <br />checking program by the responsible party, within 48 <br />hours from time of detection and disposed of by the <br />responsible party as prescribed by state and federal <br />laws. <br />° Haulers who remove hazardous materials from the <br />Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill as requested under the <br />load checking program shall deliver to the San <br />Joaquin Local Health District proof (proper documents <br />and/or manifest) within ten (10) days that subject <br />materials were disposed of properly. <br />
