performs any necessary cleanup, prepares the manifest and <br />transports the waste to a hazardous waste site for ultimate <br />disposal. The foreman at the site signs the manifest as genera- <br />tor and forwards required copies to the California Department of <br />Health Services. <br />The storage locker will be clearly marked as a hazardous waste <br />storage area and will remain locked. The locker will be cleared <br />of accumulated prohibited waste discovered under the load <br />checking program when it becomes over 90% full or before any <br />waste contained therein has been stored for 90 days. <br />E MO-SW-HW5 (12/90) <br />
