A copy of the investigation report is enclosed. <br /> Staff has reviewed the results of the three investigations, along <br /> with all pertinent supporting data in our files. Results <br /> indicate that your site is in substantial compliance with the <br /> State Minimum Standards. Therefore, no additional investigations <br /> will be necessary for this evaluation for compliance. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation with staff during the <br /> investigations.
