Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Lovelace Transfer Station - 39-AA-0008 <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> California Waste Management Board (Board) staff conducted the <br /> third investigation of the subject facility on December 9, 1988, <br /> pursuant to Sections 66796.38 and 66796. 67 (a) of the Government <br /> Code. A copy of the investigation report is enclosed. <br /> Staff has reviewed the results of the three investigations, along <br /> with all pertinent supporting data in our files. Results <br /> indicate that your site is in substantial compliance with the <br /> State Minimum Standards. Therefore, no additional investigations <br /> will be necessary for this evaluation for compliance. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation with staff during the <br /> investigations. We also appreciate your efforts to maintain <br /> compliance with the standards at the facility. <br /> A copy of this letter and the enclosed reports will be sent to <br /> the LEA.
