The
physical plant is showing wear and may be receiving more tonnage
than indicated in the Report of Station Information. The permit
and the Report of Station Information will achieve a five year
anniversary in September 1988, and planning for the review of
these documents- should be initiated to see that they are current
and accurately reflect the operation.
OPERATOR NOTE: Section 17441 states in part that, "In order to
maintain the permit, the operator must file amendments to the
Report or Plan whenever necessary to keep the information
contained in it current. Such amendments or lack thereof may
become the basis for changes in the permit or for revocation of
the permit. The entire rig was in good condition and
was reasonably clean, the trailer doors were tight, the top
covers were in good condition, and it was well cleaned out after
its run to the landfill.
signed 1"Yo
Waste Management Specialist
