Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: 5 YEAR PERMIT REVIEW, Lovelace Transfer Station, Sari Joaquin <br /> County, #39-AA-008 . <br /> Dear Sir; <br /> The Lovelace Transfer Station solid waste facility located on <br /> Lovelace Road, Manteca has been reviewed by the Department of <br /> Environmental Health Services (LEA) in accordance with the <br /> California Code of Regulations , Title 14, Chapter 5 , Article 3 , <br /> Section 18213 . <br /> The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following <br /> documents : <br /> 1 . Report of Station Information dated September, 1977 . <br /> 2 . Report of Station Information dated August , 1989 . <br /> 3 . Solid waste facilities permit #39-AA-008 dated <br /> September 13 , 1983 . <br /> 4 . Land Use permit #2239 issued June 7 , 1962 by the San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Department. <br /> Upon review of the above documents and an on-site inspection of <br /> the facility on January 10, 1990; it is the determination of the <br /> LEA that there is no significant change in the current design and <br /> operation of the solid waste facility . <br /> It is further determined that there are ion-significant changes <br /> of the existing permit which will require a -permit modification. <br /> A CEQA revie.w will riot be required since these cion-significant <br /> changes will only clarify the terms and conditions of the permit . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
