I met Pedro Gardea (Gate <br /> Attendant) at the gate house and informed him of the purpose of <br /> my visit. I also met Felipe Lomas (Site Supervisor) whom I <br /> interviewed regarding operations at the site. Rudy Rodriguez <br /> (Assistant Civil Engineer) and West Johnson (Junior Civil <br /> Engineer) with San Joaquin County Department of Public Works were <br /> also at the site and responded to my inquiries related to site <br /> operations.
