2 . Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or <br /> salvaged shall be reported to the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency on a bi-monthly basis. <br /> 3 . A log of special occurrences, i.e. , fires, explosions, <br /> accidents, hazardous wastes, etc. , shall be maintained <br /> and reported to the Local Enforcement Agency on an annual <br /> basis. <br /> 4. Results of the hazardous waste screening program shall be <br /> reported to the Local Enforcement Agency on an annual <br /> basis. <br /> 5.
