SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division, through this permit, may <br /> prohibit, or condition the handling or disposal of solid <br /> waste to protect the public health and safety, <br /> rehabilitate, or enhance the environment, or to mitigate <br /> adverse environmental impacts. <br /> 2. Any change that would cause the design or operation of <br /> the facility not to conform to the conditions of this <br /> permit may be considered a significant change and may <br /> require a permit revision. <br /> 3 . The facility has a permitted capacity of 700 tons per day <br /> and shall not receive more than this amount without first <br /> obtaining a revised permit. <br /> 4. A change in the operator would require a new permit. <br /> 5. This modification of the solid waste facilities permit <br /> supersedes the permit originally issued on September 13, <br /> 1983 . The permit has been modified as a result of 5 year <br /> permit review, and is intended to update the previous <br /> permit. <br /> PROVISIONS <br /> 1. This permit is subject to review by the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked for <br /> sufficient cause. <br /> 2. Safety equipment shall be provided for all employees that <br /> operate equipment at this facility including but not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> a. Hard Hats <br /> b. Safety Glasses <br /> C. Hearing Protection <br /> d. Gloves <br /> e. Safety Vests <br /> f. Dust Filters (Mask) <br /> SELF-MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> The following items shall be monitored by the operator of facility <br /> or his agent. Records, including but not limited to the following <br /> items, shall be kept and made available to the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency at the intervals specified: <br /> 1. Quantities and types of waste received shall be reported <br /> to the Local Enforcement Agency on a bi-monthly basis. <br />
