Color of walls to be approved. <br /> March 14, 1975 - Petition from neighbors received complaining about condi- <br /> tions at the transfer station. <br /> March 9. 1973 - Use Permit No. U-72-237 became void (one year after date o <br /> approval) <br /> ARril 10, 1975 - Board of Zoning Adjustment discussed petition Continued <br /> o allow staff to work with applicant on problems. <br /> April 24, 1975 - Forward, Inc. filed Use Permit No. U-75- 0 for a 121X40' <br /> mobile office in conjunction with existing refuse transfer station. <br /> - June 12, 1975 - Board of Zoning Adjustment granted Use Permit and modified <br /> -2239 subject to standard conditions and: <br /> 5) Mobile office is approved for two (2) years only. <br /> - 6) The walls of the existing structure are to be repaired within a <br /> reasonable period of time or be removed. <br /> 7) Hours of operation to be from 6:00 a.m. to 7 :00 p.m. and open <br /> to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m. ; if there is an emergency, <br /> operation hours may be extended. <br /> 8) If the structure is not repaired or replaced, the matter is to be <br /> reviewed again by the Board of Zoning Adjustment. <br /> - October 31, 1975 - Enforcement letter sent Forward, Inc. concerning expan- <br /> Sion of facility - storage of equipment to rear of station on adjoining <br /> - parcel. Advised of use permit and parcel map procedure. <br /> December 301975 - Parcel Map filed 26-111 for lot line adjustment to <br /> legalize illegal split. <br />
