March 9. 1973 - Use Permit No. U-72-237 became void (one year after date o approval) ARril 10, 1975 - Board of Zoning Adjustment discussed petition Continued o allow staff to work with applicant on problems. April 24, 1975 - Forward, Inc. filed Use Permit No. U-75- 0 for a 121X40' mobile office in conjunction with existing refuse transfer station. - June 12, 1975 - Board of Zoning Adjustment granted Use Permit and modified -2239 subject to standard conditions and: 5) Mobile office is approved for two (2) years only. - 6) The walls of the existing structure are to be repaired within a reasonable period of time or be removed. 7) Hours of operation to be from 6:00 a.m. to 7 :00 p.m. and open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m. ; if there is an emergency, operation hours may be extended. 8) If the structure is not repaired or replaced, the matter is to be reviewed again by the Board of Zoning Adjustment. - October 31, 1975 - Enforcement letter sent Forward, Inc. concerning expan- Sion of facility - storage of equipment to rear of station on adjoining - parcel.
